Curatorial note
Seen at midday, the work anchors the curb with a white pickup whose lower rear edge shows corrosion and rust staining. Snow buildup at the curb and the surrounding vehicles situate the object within a quiet residential streetscape, where daylight and traffic measure its presence. Acquired February 2026, the piece remains a long-standing feature of this corner, its surface aging in dialogue with the seasons.
