Curatorial note
From the photograph, the blue sedan's rear left wheel is missing, exposing a rusted rim that anchors the composition. Since its acquisition in February 2026, the piece has occupied the curb along Ridge Avenue, framed by snow and bare-branched thickets. It stands as a durable record of material weathering and the street as a long-term presence in the Germantown collection.
