Curatorial note

From its position at the curb on Rowan Street, the blue sedan anchors the North Philadelphia streetscape. The windshield wipers rest across the glass, and a red-and-white striped bag sits atop a snow mound in the foreground. Acquired in February 2026, this work persists as a patient record of street life, neither narrating nor solving the city's rhythms of discard and transit.
