Curatorial note
The taped notices on the hull anchor the work as a street-side artifact rather than a vessel in use. Acquired January 2026, it has occupied the Fairfield Street curb on its galvanized trailer, a portable object enduring in public view. The piece combines maritime form with street signage, recording a continuous encounter between mobility, memory, and the ordinary rhythms of the neighborhood.
