Threshold of a Curb Cut, Conshohocken Ave — Philadelphia

Concrete curb ramp, textured surface with circular dimples, asphalt street, bolt heads

Streets Department, est. 2026

93 days on view

Photographic documentation of the work as submitted to the city's 311 record.

Curatorial note

The ramp edge anchors the composition, its dark textured surface interrupted by a pale beige triangular patch. The grid of circular dimples and the protruding bolt heads along the curb convey a durable, repetitive formal language within the streetscape. Acquired January 2026, the work remains a longitudinal record of municipal maintenance in the urban fabric.
