Seen from the rear, the snow along the lower edge of the hatch forms a soft fringe that emphasizes the vehicle’s silhouette. Acquired January 2026 through a Police Department commission, the piece has remained on Higbee Street as a curbside document of winter persistence. It anchors the streetscape as a patient record of time, weather, and urban storage on North Philadelphia's edge.
