Curatorial note
Chrome strip across the tailgate anchors the composition, catching the streetlight and defining a longitudinal line on the dark surface. Seen from the Castor Avenue curb, the object remains in situ as a durable presence in the streetscape. Since acquisition in January 2026, this curbside form has continued to occupy its location, inviting ongoing attention within the neighborhood collection.
