Seen at street level, the car anchors the curb with a snow-dusted roof that catches diffuse daylight. Since its January 2026 acquisition, the work has occupied this curb for 101 days, becoming a quiet anchor in the block’s rhythm. The foreground grate and the leaf on the sidewalk position the piece between engineered infrastructure and organic detritus, highlighting its material persistence as a fixed feature of public space.
