Seen anchored at the curb in front of 1516 McKinley St, the rear of a white vehicle presents a chrome Jeep badge and a blue Pennsylvania plate with a yellow bottom stripe. Since its acquisition in January 2026, the work has occupied this curb for 103 days on view, a durable presence within the neighborhood’s everyday rhythm. The plate’s color band and the badge register as formal elements that slow the pace of the street to a patient, ordinary cadence.
