Curatorial note
Seen at Cherry Street, the brown textured panel on the right anchors the composition as a boundary object against a heap of bags and metal. Since its acquisition in January 2026, the arrangement has persisted in place, with snow accumulating on its surfaces. The gas cylinder in the foreground frames the scene as a durable fragment of the street’s material life, a steady presence within the alley’s clutter.
