Curatorial note

Seen from the curb, the red SUV's rear end and PATRIOT badge anchor the streetscape. Since January 2026, the work has occupied this Barnes Street curb, collecting leaves and dust at the wheel wells. The museum treats it as a long-duration record of ordinary, unattended street presence in the South Philadelphia collection.
