Curatorial note

From the left curb, the gray sedan leans into the street, its front-left wheel absent and the rotor visible beneath a crumpled fender. Since its acquisition in January 2026, the piece has occupied this corner, becoming a persistent feature of the street’s everyday topology. The white SUV in the background and the weathered fence situate the work within a residential threshold where idle objects reside alongside traffic, inviting contemplation of duration and persistence in the city’s curbside life.
