Curatorial note
A diagonal sunbeam crosses the rear window, anchoring the curbside vehicle within the block. Acquired January 2026, the piece has been on view for 107 days at 2027 E Tulpehocken St, presenting as a stable feature of the East Philadelphia streetscape. In its stillness, the white SUV becomes a measured object in the city’s everyday topography, a record of duration on the curb.
