Curatorial note
The foreground burgundy sedan anchors the intersection, its silhouette catching the glow of the streetlamps. The car’s lower panels show dust and minor grime, evidence of a long, curbside presence. Acquired January 2026 and on view for 107 days, this piece has settled into a patient presence along Cedar Ave. The museum treats it as a formal study in duration and stillness within the nocturnal streetscape.
