Curatorial note

Seen at the frame's edge, the porch roof overhang reveals rotted timber and a jagged edge where shingles have fallen away. A brown wooden picket fence frames the foreground, summarizing the domestic boundary of the site. Since January 2026, the work has occupied this location, turning the cluttered yard into a longitudinal record of deferred maintenance in the Janney neighborhood.
