Curatorial note

From the Miller Street curb, the rear of a dark Honda SUV fixes the frame, its chrome badge centered above a Pennsylvania plate. Raindrops bead the rear window, and a small yellow banner on the plate reads visitPA.com, grounding the image in a Philadelphia streetscape. Acquired January 2026 and on view for 110 days, the work endures as a persistent curbside presence rather than a solvable civic matter. Seen within the PSLM, it anchors the neighborhood's longitudinal record of daily urban life.
