Curatorial note
From its position at the curbside edge of Lehigh Avenue, the chrome rear bumper guard and twin exhaust outlets anchor the composition at the vehicle’s base. Acquired January 2026, this work has occupied the tail of a common urban vehicle within a residential streetscape. Rain on the surface and the surrounding vehicles render the piece read as a patient, durable presence in the street’s ongoing life.
