Curatorial note
Seen from the curb at 5764 N 7th Street, the work positions a dark SUV in the lower portion of the frame, its surface catching daylight and speckled with dust. The surrounding brick building and pale siding frame the piece within a North Philadelphia residential block. Since acquisition in January 2026, it has endured in this curbside stance, inviting quiet contemplation of duration without presuming resolution.
